After vowing 'not another foot' US President Biden authorises border wall construction

US President Joe Biden has waived 26 federal laws to make way for construction of 32km of wall on the country's border with Mexico.

The move prompted former president Donald Trump to say he's been 'proven right' on his administration's key policy.

He's asked for an apology from the president, who vowed 'not another foot' of the wall would be built.
