Late reprieve from car crackdown for some Rome drivers

Rome has given the owners of some older diesel cars a reprieve from a crackdown on the higher emissions vehicles.

The city's original plans would have impacted hundreds of thousands of cars, including some registered as recently as 2010.

Concerns remain around pollution in Italy's capital with the partial rollback.
